The walking tour of Trani will depart:
- 10 am (year-round)
- 3 pm (winter from 1st Oct to 30th April)
- 6 pm sunset tour (from 1st May to 30th September)
The tour will depart from Piazza Re Manfredi (near the Swabian Castle).
You’ll reach the Cathedral of St. Nicholas Pilgrim, which is considered one of the most beautiful churches in Puglia. This treasure of Romanesque art seems to be suspended over the sea, with its majestic silhouette mirrored in the waters.
The next stop of this tour is the Swabian Castle (external only), the former residence of Emperor Frederick II, and the medieval Jewish district, called La Giudecca.
The walking tour of Trani will end in its picturesque port, once a destination for crusaders, pilgrims, and merchants, now a vibrant center of city and nightlife.
