Mirabilandia, the largest adventure theme park in Italy, is located just 10 km from Ravenna near the most famous seaside resorts of the Adriatic Riviera.
After the long winter, the park will reopen on April 2nd for the 2022 season! Opening days vary greatly in the beginning of the season, so it’s best to check the official calendar on the park’s website.
The one-of-a-kind Ducati World opened in 2018 and is 35.0000 square meters completely transformed to host the first thematic area in the world inspired by a motorcycle brand within an amusement park!
There are tons of rides and attractions scattered throughout the various thematic areas of the park such as the new Far West Valley (completely dedicated to the Far West); Bimbopoli for the little ones; Dinoland where you’ll find yourself face to face with prehistoric creatures; Route 66 where you can live the American dream with 4 water attractions; and finally Adventureland for adrenaline lovers.
The various rides are categorized as “extreme” with 6 attractions; 15 “moderate” and 15 “soft” or appropriate for all ages. In the Adventureland park, you can travel in time and space on the number 1 inverted coaster in Europe! Katun is a majestic inverted coaster, which dominates the city of Sian Ka’an, 1200 meters at speeds up to 110 km per hour, with 360-degree loops and a 50-meter drop. Are you up to the challenge?
If you visit after June 18th, you’ll be able to enjoy an additional feature- Mirabeach! With 10 more attractions from “extreme” to “soft” to cool off and have fun in the sun.
And if you’re wondering about what you’ll eat – you’ll have more options than you could imagine with 16 choices among restaurants, bars and ice cream parlors located in the various areas of the park. You can choose from a 1950s American drive-in diner to a classic Italian pizza.
Everything seems perfect but you dread waiting in long lines- fear not! You have the option of purchasing a “Flash Pass” which shortens the waiting time to access the main attractions.
