The Farmhouse
Agriturismo Case Sant’Anna
This is the ideal location for a holiday that combines history and nature and can accommodate large groups of family and friends. With a 3-night stay, you’ll get 10% off your stay in Cortona which is the perfect base location for day trips to the most famous cities in Tuscany and Umbria.
The structure has all the architectural features of a traditional Tuscan home, without sacrificing modern comforts, such as air conditioning in the rooms and apartments and a kitchen with modern appliances.
The Agriturismo is a typical Tuscan farmhouse on two floors that can accommodate up to 18 people.
On the ground floor you’ll find the living room with sofa, armchairs and a fireplace, three bedrooms with private bathrooms and two bedrooms with two bathrooms. There is also a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, Italian and American coffee machines and a dining room with a large table.
You’ll reach the first floor with an internal staircase where there are two other bedrooms with a bathroom. There is a grand total of 14 beds.
On the first floor, at the front of the farmhouse, there are two apartments accessible by an external staircase.
The two apartments are connected and each consists of a living room with kitchenette and a double bedroom with bathroom.
The whole structure is air-conditioned and has a Wi-Fi connection.
The cottage is surrounded by a large garden with a swimming pool, from which you can admire the city of Cortona, just a few minutes away by car.
The property also offers guests a barbecue area and covered parking.

The farmhouse is located in an ideal location in close proximity to major tourist destinations.
While staying in Cortona you’ll be able to visit the following major cultural and historic cities of Tuscany: Montepulciano, Siena, Arezzo, Pienza, Montalcino and even some in the region of Umbria (Assisi, Perugia, Spello, Spoleto).
